Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Remote Live Chat Specialist to join reputed company and provide exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. As the first reputed company of contact for our online visitors, you'll be the face of arenaflex, helping to build trust and rapport with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors, providing accurate and empathetic support.

• Provide detailed information about arenaflex services and programs, helping clients navigate our offerings.
• Assist clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and compassionate manner, escalating issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Document and track client interactions, ensuring that their needs are met and follow-up support is provided as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company services and programs offered by arenaflex, staying informed about new initiatives and developments.
• Contribute to the improvement of live chat processes and protocols, helping to refine our customer service approach.

Qualifications:

Available Shifts and Compensation:
