Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team in Florida. As a key member of reputed company, you'll provide telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders
* Verifying and revivifying benefits
* Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
* Communicating and collecting copay amounts
* Obtaining authorizations
* Collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and internal partners reputed company phone
* Process new patient medication orders and reorders in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications:
