Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that reputed company data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests

• reputed company work process reports to ensure required data is available
• Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
• Output, print, and list reports
• Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
• Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
• Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
• Assist other staff members in reputed company tasks on a case-by-case basis

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business administration, computer science)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in standard office software and equipment

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
