Responsibilities

As an HR Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering efficient and professional customer service, promptly assisting clients while managing expectations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Providing accurate, real-time responses to telephone and written inquiries about general HR matters, including policies, procedures, and processes.
• Escalating reputed company issues as necessary, ensuring they are addressed appropriately.
• Accurately processing employee-reputed company transactions based on thorough research, specific employee information, and established guidelines.
• Maintaining proper documentation and records for reputed company HR-reputed company cases using our HR Help Desk system.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

Required:

Bachelor's or Associate Degree with at least one year of experience in HR and/or customer support; OR no degree with three years of experience in HR and/or customer support.

Essential Skills:
