Job Summary

As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide support through chat support channels: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment: Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems: Experience with chat support software and CRM systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on attention to detail: Proven leadership skills, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred.
