• Define and deliver a global Health and Wellbeing strategy, frameworks and programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with sectors and regional centres to embed Health and Wellbeing into local plans, leadership behaviours and operational decision-making.

• Influence and coach senior leaders to integrate Health and Wellbeing into performance, risk management and governance.
