The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and experience in reputed company aspects of our Supply Chain including our policies and procedures as well as the systems and tools which we utilize to execute procurements on behalf of our customers. The successful candidate will support procurement activities for aftermarket goods and services in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization. Position Responsibilities: Integration with program, customer, product and in-service strategies into reputed company selection, negotiation and contracting strategies Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions Supports execution of negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements Provides support of risk, issues and opportunities management Provides support for development and execution of Quality and Delivery Improvement Plans. Supporting supplier performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance. Mitigates risks and issues Communicates supplier and organization performance plan risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders and support executive level meetings Supports supplier follow up activities in relation to demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and performance to schedule Provides support for supplier improvement activities/strategies Represents SM in meetings such as Program Reviews, ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI, Proposal Boards and other meetings Provides support to Program Management and other key stakeholders for managing/reporting of supplier performance Participates development and execution of company strategic business goals and objectives, procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements Ensures compliance with reputed company procedures and regulatory requirements as applicable Attending Integrated Project Team meetings Required Skills/Experience: Knowledge of supply chain processes as well as ability to engage with reputed company stakeholders. Must possess skills in problem solving, verbal and written communication Ability to reputed company work with minimal direction and exercises considerable reputed company in determining objectives and approaches to assignment Experience in reputed company Office applications (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.) Desired Experience: Experience working in a collaborative environment Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and processes in a dynamic environment.
