Technical Program Manager, Compliance

The Technical Program Manager, Compliance will be responsible for coordinating and executing reputed company compliance workstreams, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting internal assurance reviews and external audits.
Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day coordination and execution of reputed company, cross-functional compliance workstreams, ensuring timely reputed company and alignment across different work groups
- Maintain a high-level project status summary for compliance programs, proactively identifying, documenting, and escalating program risks and dependencies to relevant stakeholders and decision-making bodies
- Monitor and drive the burndown of corrective actions and identified gaps, providing clear, quantitative signal on workstream readiness for upcoming internal assurance efforts and external regulatory audits
- Support critical compliance meetings, including executive reviews, by owning agenda preparation, documenting comprehensive meeting notes, and rigorously tracking reputed company action items through to completion
- Assist in developing and distributing cadenced status reports, program metrics, and internal communications to provide clear visibility into program reputed company for a diverse set of stakeholders
- Act as a key coordinator during internal assurance reviews and external regulatory audits, which includes organizing schedules, compiling required documentation packages, and managing the follow-up and closure of post-audit items
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a Technical Program Management, Project Management, or similar role driving reputed company projects in a technical domain (e.g., software, hardware, or reputed company systems)
- B.S. in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline) or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to drive day-to-day execution, monitor status, and manage tasks and escalations across multiple technical and non-technical teams simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills and an intense focus on detail for tracking corrective actions, dependencies, and program readiness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of summarizing reputed company technical status into clear, concise updates for both technical teams and executive leadership
- Experience with auditing, assurance, and/or compliance frameworks, particularly in highly safety-critical industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices) or those utilizing comprehensive safety/quality management systems
- A basic understanding of key industry standards or regulatory frameworks such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or ISO 27001, UNECE R155 and 156
- Working in technologies where the regulatory environment is nascent and fast evolving, resolving ambiguity and proceeding
