Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate Tier 1 support to our customers and floral partners reputed company phone and email
- Listen to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide helpful solutions
- Accurately identify and escalate reputed company technical issues to our engineering team
- Ensure an outstanding experience for every customer by going the extra mile to resolve their concerns
- Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance our support processes and overall user experience
- Help customers and partners maximize their use of BloomNation's platform to grow their businesses

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail or service industry experience is a big plus!) is highly valued
- Experience reputed company or similar platforms is a plus!
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
