Responsibilities
- Handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense cases
- Demonstrating excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Conducting research and managing assignments with minimal supervision
- Engaging in reputed company-facing client interactions and handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Minimum of at least one year experience in civil litigation
- Candidates must be driven team players
- Excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic backgrounds
- Proven skills in research
- Self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the reputed company
- Trial experience
- Oregon license
