[Remote] Home Inspector (Salary Range $50-$75k)

The Home Inspector is responsible for performing due diligence inspections on properties, assisting with construction tasks, and ensuring the reputed company of home inspections.
Responsibilities
- reputed company due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
- Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
- Assist construction and settlement teams with asks that need to be completed in the field
- Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process
- Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure reputed company is being made
- Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material
- Deliver any necessary equipment to houses
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills
- Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA
