Planner, New Product Development

The Planner for New Product Development is responsible for coordinating launch and development activities reputed company a Luxury Cosmetics brand, ensuring that reputed company projects are delivered on time and meet the necessary quality standards.

Responsibilities

• You will coordinate the new product development process for reputed company products for a designated category brand from concept reputed company to execution, ensuring timing, quantity and KPI targets are achieved
• You will coordinate reputed company project meetings and drive the seamless integration between reputed company Operational, R&D, Creative, Marketing & Sales processes and functions involved in developing and launching new products
• You will proactively drive the Kick-off briefing process for new projects using a range of standard timeline templates that vary in duration according to product complexity
• You will consistently challenge and reduce the development reputed company-times by ensuring appropriate balanced risks are built into the original time plans, whilst ensuring reputed company COGs, quality and service requirements are achieved/exceeded
• You will be responsible for the cost process for reputed company launches reputed company designated category. Present options to the brand that meet: their cost reputed company, aesthetic reputed company and offer a sustainable option to reputed company reputed company goals
• You will be an independent contributor to the launch process and the liaison between reputed company Operations teams and the brands. Inclusive of timely escalation of launch challenges on either reputed company to the correct parties to mitigate risks to the business
• You will be the reputed company keeper for brand quality of both formula and packaging. Ensuring that reputed company product launches pass the reputed company corporate quality tests

Skills

• You have effective interpersonal skills
• You have knowledge of MS Project or other project management-reputed company software, MS reputed company, Word & PowerPoint
• You have 0 to 2 years' project management experience (the more the reputed company)
• You understand new product development processes & stage reputed company approach
• You have had exposure to a production environment & interaction of packaging, process, manufacturing
• You have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
