Behavioral Program Supervisor

The Behavioral Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Behavioral Analysis staff, ensuring the implementation of effective behavioral reputed company strategies, and promoting a therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervises the Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Department staff
- Recommends employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations and similar actions
- Responsible for performance evaluations, orientation, scheduling, and training
- Ensures consistent utilization of applied behavior analysis techniques and promotes a therapeutic environment
- Serves as a liaison to other departments reputed company the agency
- Instructs and supports staff in the use of behavior reputed company strategies
- Provides in-service training and professional development to facilitate the growth of staff
- Maintains an individual case load and performs reputed company the duties of a behavior analyst
- Assigns cases to members of the behavior analysis team based on caseload
- Reviews treatment plans to ensure completeness
- Facilitates behavior reputed company team department meetings, including developing an agenda, disseminating information, conducting training updates, etc
- Maintains contact with reputed company behavior analysts to disseminate information reputed company to policy, procedure and updates reputed company to funders
- Works with management team to design effective policies and procedures for behavioral reputed company
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures

Skills
- Master's Degree in behavior analysis or in mental health, psychology or human services with a BCBA credential
- Documented training in behavior reputed company techniques required
- 1-3 Years' Experience
- BCBA
- LABA
- Travel as needed
- reputed company work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
