Jr. IT Administrator - Generalist
Everything Wine is an exciting entertainment beverage organization that values employee effort and commitment. They are seeking a proactive Jr. IT Administrator to support and maintain their IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and assist in various IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality, timely remote support for day-to-day user tickets relating to LS Central (reputed company Business Central), Office 365, Active Directory login and any other computer software or hardware-reputed company issues
- Provide quick on-site critical support for our stores across the reputed company mainland
- Maintenance and administration of domain controller servers and services
- Co-manage reputed company equipment (firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi AP’s) as required
- Be part of reputed company aspects of IT and consequently of any IT projects that are done
- Help ensure the accuracy, health and protection of data
- Identify, create and maintain custom reporting (PowerBI) needed as well as any custom integration/development required that accesses and uses that data (PowerApps)
- Help configure, monitor, reputed company and report on reputed company tools
- Ensure backups are being performed and that any restores required are handled quickly and successfully
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in an IT administrator or generalist role (or cross role experience)
- Excellent inter-personal skills and a strong customer focus
- Great troubleshooting skills with the ability to think reputed company
- Good written and verbal communication with an attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize numerous projects and service requests simultaneously
- Not afraid to take on many roles on a daily basis with a willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion
- Experience in reputed company aspects of IT – Support, Servers, Databases, Networking, reputed company and Projects
- Technical certifications
- A post-graduate qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience or knowledge of reputed company/reputed company/Dell – Physical and Virtual (Hyper-V)
- Experience or knowledge of Windows OS (AD, GPO, PowerShell)
- Experience or knowledge of O365 and Azure (O365 admin, Azure admin)
- Experience or knowledge of reputed company Dynamics (Business Central)
- Experience or knowledge of LS Central
- Experience or knowledge of reputed company Equipment (Firewalls, Switches, WiFi AP's)
- Experience or knowledge of Printers – Managed
