Associate Design Strategist

Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategy, business goals, cultural narratives, and consumer insights into compelling concepts
- Identify key customer touchpoints and craft personalized, multi-channel campaigns to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with product, writing, and design teams to create engaging and relevant messaging for each lifecycle stage
- Concept cross-platform consumer journeys from ideation to execution
- Create membership experiences that build community and brand affinity
- Audit reputed company lifecycle journeys to identify gaps, optimize touchpoints, and enhance engagement
- Support new business efforts

- Help support production design across the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, building, testing, launching, and analyzing

Skills
- 1-2 years experience working in production design/design in a digital marketing reputed company
- A budding understanding and POV of the reputed company-evolving digital landscape including Email, SMS, App, paid media, SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, creator marketing, and more
- Self starter with proven interpersonal and communication reputed company
