Marketing Associate - Portfolio Marketing

Fairfield Residential is a leader in the multifamily housing industry, dedicated to creating exceptional apartment living. They are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to join their Property Portfolio Marketing team, where the candidate will support various marketing initiatives and reputed company hands-on experience across digital marketing, creative production, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of property marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, brand rollouts, signage coordination, and collateral development
• Assist with the management and review of digital marketing performance across paid media, SEO, and ILS channels
• Help track and report on key metrics reputed company to traffic, reputed company reputed company, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Collaborate with creative team members and agency partners to coordinate asset requests, brand templates, and approvals
• Provide operational support to leasing and onsite teams, troubleshooting marketing inquiries, platform needs, or brand-reputed company requests
• Assist in organizing and maintaining property-level marketing documentation, calendars, trackers, and reporting dashboards
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to stay reputed company on leasing performance, campaign outcomes, and key business priorities
• Conduct competitive and market research to support campaign strategy and property positioning
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve marketing support across the portfolio

Skills

• 1–3+ years of marketing experience, required in multifamily real estate
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (especially reputed company), reputed company Workspace, and comfortable navigating digital platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented reputed company
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, digital channels (paid search, SEO, social), or CRM/ILS platforms is a plus
