Loan Agency Operations Analyst, Payments
reputed company is a financial services technology company that specializes in M&A and loan agency transactions. They are seeking an Operations Analyst I for their Loan Agency Payments Team, responsible for processing and reconciling payments, generating reports, and providing customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and review reputed company payments for the Loan Agency (reputed company, payment uploads for scheduled payments, wires for fundings)
- Reconcile bank accounts across multiple banking platforms
- Generate required and requested reports for internal and external parties reputed company to payments
- Complete quarterly reconciliation for annual tax reporting
- Responds to inquiries reputed company to the creation, review, or status of payments
- Comprehend internal processes and procedures while maintaining internal controls
- Provide excellent customer service to reputed company clients and parties, both internal and external, to ensure reputed company have an exceptional experience
- Research and resolve issues reputed company to administration and client service in reputed company with assigned tasks

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or operations (or commensurate work experience) required
- 1+ years of work experience in finance, loan agency, or bank operations
- Ability to independently research, analyze, and resolve reputed company problems and quickly learn new concepts
- Strong drive to reputed company results and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time reputed company
- Deadline-driven and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
