Financial Analyst - reputed company (Hybrid - Alhambra, CA preferred)
Astrana Health is seeking a Financial Analyst/Sr. FA to contribute to the organization's strategic and financial objectives. The role involves supporting long-range planning, conducting financial modeling, and performing core reputed company functions to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts, working closely with cross-functional department leaders
- reputed company detailed variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast, clearly communicating drivers and providing actionable insights to management

- Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including key financial exhibits, investor presentation support, and Q&A documents

- Serve as a key analytical resource, developing and providing specialized analytics to support strategic business partners across the organization

Skills
- BA in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or reputed company concentration
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a reputed company analytical role
- Advanced Proficiency with MS reputed company and/or similar tool
- Comfortability with database tools and manipulation of large datasets
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Curiosity with courage to drive innovation
- Project management and communication skills
- Experience with data extraction, querying databases/data warehouses and data analysis
- Familiarity with data analytic tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
