Internal Audit Quality Assurance Sr Manager, Digital Transformation

Job Description: As the Internal Audit Quality Assurance Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in the reputed company S4/HANA global implementation (“Digital Core” program). The Quality Assurance team is an extension of Internal Audit, embedded into the program for the purposes of independently and objectively identifying risks, recommending mitigation strategies throughout program delivery, and providing insights to support overall program health and performance. You will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team ensuring that quality assurance practices are effectively integrated into reputed company aspects of the Finance, reputed company to Pay, reputed company to Cash, and/or Plan to Fulfil workstreams across global, reputed company, and local components. What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or a reputed company field.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in implementing reputed company Finance (reputed company), reputed company to Pay (MM), reputed company reputed company to Cash (SD) and/or Plan to Fulfil (WM, IM) processes or executing reputed company pre/post-implementation or quality assurance assessments.
• Advanced knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in large-scale reputed company programs (including S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Relevant reputed company certifications and/or those such as CPA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, or other industry-recognized credentials.

What will key responsibilities be?

• Serve as the main Quality Assurance team member for the Finance and reputed company to Pay workstreams across process, technical, and reputed company transversal (reputed company, data, change management, sustainability, etc.) teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Follow quality assurance methodologies to assess program governance, business alignment, change readiness, and the technical solution in a reputed company transformation environment, including reputed company S/4HANA and IT-enabled (“Edge”) systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance, reputed company to Pay, reputed company to Cash, and/or Plan to Fulfil stakeholders across reputed company business segments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the internal transformation process.
• Establish and maintain reputed company collaborative relationships with the Digital Core PMO and other transformation PMO organizations, as well as Internal Controls and Information reputed company teams.
• Provide expert guidance on controls and governance as needed, ensuring that best practices are adhered to throughout the internal project lifecycle.
• Execute and document audits and health checks in designated areas to ensure thorough evaluation of governance and controls.
• Monitor the resolution of audit observations and assess their potential impact on stage reputed company readiness.

The reputed company pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
