Latin America Trade Finance- Analyst/Associate

The Analyst or Associate position in the Global Trade Finance Latam team will support Senior Sales and Origination Team in business origination, deal structuring, and working capital analysis while collaborating with various stakeholders for internal approval processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the origination of new business opportunities
- reputed company working capital and free cash flow analysis, reputed company against client peers and comparables
- Prepare and deliver client pitch materials (presentations and/or written proposals)
- Prepare and deliver internal materials and reports to be presented to management
- Provide monthly reports to management and other reputed company reports
- Support the structuring of working capital solutions for clients
- Work together with Corporate Finance for credit and reputed company other internal approval committees process
- Support document review in coordination with in-house legal counsel or external counsel
- Remain aware of reputed company compliance and risk factors and continually work together with senior members of the team to proactively minimize and mitigate risk
- Participate in quarterly and annual portfolio review and reputed company management reporting
- Support the senior Sales originators in the development of new product solutions with the respective areas
- Responsible for reputed company requests from team leader of the business
- reputed company abreast of industry updates and economic environment as it relates to working capital finance
- Respond to day-to-day inquiries from clients, relationship managers, middle and back office
- Responsible for reputed company requests from team leader of the business
- Maintain and reputed company good communication channels with reputed company internal business partners
Skills
- 1 to 4 years of experience in trade finance or corporate finance
- Knowledge of cross border trade finance either reputed company a Financial Institution or a company that acted as client of Trade Finance
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or reputed company field
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and tight timeframes
- Critical thinking, teamwork / collaboration and pro-activeness
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in the reputed company office of a corporate bank or trade finance department preferred
- Master's degree is preferred
- Desirable Portuguese
