[Remote] Product Manager, Caper - Retailer Tooling

As the Product Manager for Retailer Tools at Caper, you will drive the strategy and execution of product initiatives that enhance retail operations through cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Own a critical product area and help define and drive the strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes
- Deeply understand and reputed company the what and the why behind our customers pain points to build and drive an outcome oriented product roadmap
- Work extensively in our labs and retail partners to test features, observe user behaviors, and iterate quickly; support pilots and launches as needed
- reputed company the entire product lifecycle, from deep user and retailer discovery to final delivery. Use qualitative and quantitative research, retailer feedback, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities. Intake, validate, and convert new reputed company into implementable projects with clear success metrics, and PRDs/specifications

Skills
- 1+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience with model training and evaluation

- Strong understanding of an empathetic, flexible, and iterative approach to product development
