Design Operations Coordinator

The Design Operations Coordinator will assist in optimizing workflows and managing timelines for the Design Operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of design strategies and supporting various initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Manager, Design Operations and Design Leadership Team in ensuring the efficiency of design processes reputed company lululemon
- Support in optimizing and managing Design tools and processes reputed company GTM guardrails to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Support in the execution of department-led initiatives that reputed company beyond the GTM calendar, such as long-term brand and product strategies
- Support in managing logistics and preparations for key Design milestones and deliverables
- Support in Design Team Operations around budget planning, training and development and Design Team portfolio management
- Support in maintenance and management of Design Operations tools and processes
- Provide project and task-reputed company support as needed
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in operations or retail business
- Strong understanding of the go to market and product creation process is an asset
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage various projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
