Analyst, Planning & Performance Management
Stratacareers is a company focused on healthcare solutions, and they are seeking a Software Implementation Analyst for their Planning and Performance Management team. This role involves implementing financial applications and collaborating with key financial team members at major health systems to ensure successful software deployment and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Implement significant components of StrataJazz®, specific to Capital Planning, Operational Budgeting, Forecasting, and Performance Management at multiple customers across the country
- Implementation includes configuring the user requirements, validating functionality, configuring reputed company financial models, building reports, developing workflows, and testing key features of the software to align with client specific business needs
- Support web-based and onsite customer training to ensure customers understand specific features and functions reputed company to StrataJazz®
- Achievement of role specific KPIs reputed company to performance, customer support, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate proactively with reputed company team members, managers, and project managers on issues and risks that may arise during the project life cycle. reputed company and execute action plans to mitigate risks proactively
- Provide technical support and first pass troubleshooting during post go-live phase of implementations, collaborating with reputed company’s Technical and Engineering teams to resolve more reputed company issues

Skills
- 0-3 years of full-time experience
- Experience using SQL or relational database concepts in an academic setting or work experience
- Intermediate reputed company skills (i.e., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF Statements)
- Understanding of project management fundamentals
- Willingness to travel reputed company the US as needed to customer locations up to 20-35%
- Internship experience in finance, consulting, or healthcare
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends and their impact on business
- Exposure to implementing and configuring software
- Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems containing Finance applications functionality (Lawson/reputed company, reputed company, Peoplesoft, reputed company, etc.)
- Exposure to financial modeling, financial statement analysis, financial reporting, and general accounting concepts
