reputed company is pioneering the way the world communicates, providing customer communication solutions for over 150,000 businesses. The NOC Tech I role involves 24x7 monitoring of network components, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of customer or network problems.
Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures to reputed company routine network changes, migrations, and maintenance in various network elements upon request
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network reputed company issues and problems reputed company utilizing monitoring tools, reference materials, and other team members for guidance
- Open trouble tickets and follow up on network/customer issues per reputed company Voice procedures and complete applicable paperwork in a timely manner
- Foster an environment of knowledge sharing and reputed company positively with peers, other departments, carriers, and customers to identify operational issues and provide efficient corrective actions in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Accept on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule with other technicians

- NOC Technicians may be responsible for other tasks and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary by management

Skills
- Strong PC, UNIX OS and application skills with reputed company knowledge of basic networking principles
