Assistant Project Manager

Snap Install, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their project management team. The role involves overseeing jobs, generating quotes, scheduling and coordinating with technicians, and managing multi-site projects while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes and scopes of work for clients
• Quickly and fluently build orders in service management system, with minimal errors. Consistently update system with clear, effective notes

• Monitor job reputed company, serving as an escalation reputed company and resolving minor barriers. Confirm, review, and approve deliverables. Coordinate with manager on larger escalations

• Participate in the preparation and organization of project data, statuses, dashboards, and reporting for multi-site projects/rollouts
• Manage the day to day work of multi-site projects/rollouts

• Anticipate potential problems and work with manager to reputed company a course of action to mitigate
• Manage and prioritize workload and daily schedule

Skills

• High school diploma required
• 1+ year of applicable experience
• Occasional night and weekend work
• Well organized, detail oriented and analytical; with the ability to work autonomously in a high-volume work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient critical thinking; with the ability to identify problems and formulate decisions independently
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Computer proficiency in the use of email and reputed company Office
• Basic math skills needed to determine job costing, discounting and calculating profit margins are required
• Ability to obtain detailed knowledge of services and technical applications
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Understand the fundamentals of coordinating resources and timeline applications is preferred
