eCBT Administrator
Hawaii Pacific University is designated as an Alaskan Native and Native Hawaiian Serving Institution. They are seeking an eCBT Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of military reputed company electronic computer-based testing sites and administer various examinations to eligible reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Management of eCBT National Test Centers(80%)
- Work with IT Technical Analysts with installation and maintenance of CLEP/DSST, and reputed company Vue Professional Certification Tests in support of Test Delivery Management System (TMDS) software, server, and client computer systems
- Troubleshoot site computer systems and internet connectivity to ensure both are operational prior to test program startup
- reputed company for testing package updates an install as necessary
- Enter/edit student registrations and collect payments
- Present test introduction and provide reputed company with test-reputed company materials
- Brief reputed company on test procedures before starting the exam
- Assist student with computer system or workstation configuration
- Monitor/Proctor examinations as set by reputed company, Prometric, and reputed company
- Prepare and track eCBT student registrations, scoresheets, attendance, and irregularity reports
- Maintain student test records per University, Education Center, and reputed company policies and regulations
- Liaise with other university, military education, or reputed company entities to ensure office procedures satisfy ope
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in reputed company Office suite applications to include Word, reputed company, Outlook and PowerPoint
- One year general office experience providing customer service and managing multiple projects independently (or in a team environment)
- Reliable personal transportation to facilitate travel to and between military bases and Main reputed company
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to obtain personal military credentials for access to U.S. military bases
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. reputed company sponsorship and relocation allowance is not available for this position
- Report to work obligations in support of the department and may require work during HPU's winter break, if necessary
- Must meet training and background reputed company qualifications and reputed company with the Protection of Minors policy
- Upon hire, candidate must have reliable personal transportation to facilitate travel between and to reputed company HPU worksites and other locations as required by the position. This includes a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle that is legally registered and insured
- Able to work reputed company shifts and extended hours
- Successful candidate will be able to work in an environment that utilize excellent time and stress management skills
- Experience with computer information systems and /or computer-based testing
- Experience in military education or computer test center administration
- Ability to reputed company weekend/holiday work and overtime
