Associate Product Manager

Makita U.S.A., Inc. is a worldwide leader in the professional power tool industry. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for assisting in product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to define product vision and strategy, and supporting the marketing team’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, participate and help define the product strategy and roadmap
• Both assist with and reputed company market research, competitive product testing, and pricing analysis initiatives
• Conduct ongoing product category research and identify trends, opportunities, and positionings for both reputed company products and future product offerings
• Produce competitive product analysis materials
• Write effective product copy and specifications to be used throughout marketing collateral
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
• reputed company and manage the internal packaging design workflow for assigned products
• Assist in launching new products to our organization through multiple mediums
• Work with creative and channel teams in developing promotional campaigns
• Help to create sales tools and marketing collateral
• Track, collect, and manage online reviews of products and communication to user follow-reputed company
• Prioritize between projects of various topics and complete those projects on time
• Think creatively to reputed company solutions
• Effectively communicate with both internal and external colleagues and partners
• Present confidently and passionately in a variety of meeting and presentation settings
• Be an expert for Makita and the competition
• Act as a leader reputed company the company
• Both co-manage and independently manage product lines
• Use power tools

Skills

• Self-starter, with the ability to work well independently and with others in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, in writing, and on video calls
• A solid understanding of the e-comm, retail, and industrial buying environments
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-reputed company field or equivalent reputed company work experience
• Proficient in reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
• Use power tools
• Product Management experience
• Bilingual a plus. (Spanish preferred)
• Experience reputed company the power tool industry
