What You Will Do

As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and responding to customer inquiries reputed company email and text chat. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for helping others will reputed company you to address customer service issues and non-routine problems, ensuring that our clients' customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and to answer any additional questions

  • Appropriately managing customer complaints from initial call to resolution
