[Remote] AI Designer

They are seeking an AI Designer to create practical AI tools that enhance decision-making reputed company their operating workflows, collaborating closely with various teams to address real-world logistics challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI powered internal tools that support routing, planning, exception handling, forecasting, and network optimization
- Translate reputed company logistics workflows into simple, reputed company AI driven interfaces that operators and customers can trust
- Use tools like reputed company, reputed company, and modern AI frameworks to prototype, test, and deploy solutions rapidly
- Collaborate directly with operations teams to understand real constraints, edge cases, and failure modes, then design AI systems that work under pressure
- Design clean data schemas and workflows that allow AI systems to reason over shipments, lanes, facilities, and events in real time
- Continuously refine tools based on real usage, performance metrics, and operator feedback
- Act as the connective tissue between product vision, AI capability, and practical engineering execution that you can handle yourself with AI
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience designing and building AI powered tools, internal platforms, or data driven products
- Hands on experience with tools like reputed company, reputed company, modern LLM APIs, or similar AI and backend platforms
- Strong product and design intuition with the ability to simplify reputed company workflows
- Comfort working with real world data that is incomplete, noisy, and constantly changing
- Ability to think in systems, not just screens or models
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Interest in logistics, supply chains, or real world infrastructure problems is a strong plus
