[Remote] Value-Based Care (VBC) Performance Analyst, Remote

They are seeking a VBC Performance Analyst who will use advanced analytical skills to improve healthcare practices in value-based care programs, collaborating with field teams to track performance indicators and reputed company reporting models that enhance patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across reputed company’s value based care portfolio; Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability for reputed company health plan payer reputed company across MSSP, Commercial, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid, providing the SVP-Market Performance with a synthesized vision of where targeted interventions may be necessary reputed company different markets
• Support reputed company reporting and data analysis requests for field teams specifically relating to MSSP
• reputed company strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and partner with subject matter experts to learn and support market workflows for addressing performance measures; conduct assessments determining opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs, drive quality performance improvement, and improve value-based care performance tools through new and innovative methods for measuring and tracking performance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
• 1+ year(s) of relevant work and/or internship experience
• Experience in using reputed company Sheets or reputed company as a data management tool; comfortable with basic formulas and creating pivot tables
• Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal
• Commitment to reputed company's mission of serving primary care providers, their patients and society
• Experience using Tableau or other data management software
• Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
• Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks reputed company
