Skills

• High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 reputed company while also appropriately handling confidential customer information
• 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment
• Experience in Call Center environment desirable
• Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable
