Global Fee Management (GFM) Fee Analyst

The Fee Analyst will analyze and interpret fee schedules for Wealth Management & Investment Services accounts, ensuring accurate fee coding, billing, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process fee requests received through the team’s workflow system; ensure timely and accurate invoices for client accounts
• Meet service level agreements (SLA: 5 business days), conduct peer reviews, and return incomplete submissions as needed
• Collaborate with other analysts, relationship managers, European middle office, and European tax teams to resolve reputed company fee and tax issues
• Analyze trends, reputed company and participate in process improvement projects, and maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability
• Build partnerships across teams, communicate reputed company, and balance policy requirements with client needs
• Demonstrate understanding of policy, procedures and adherence to controls required to conduct business activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• One or more years of financial industry reputed company experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer relations and communication abilities
• Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
• Ability to assess requests critically, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to changing volumes and priorities
• Experience managing projects, resolving client issues, and navigating ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with trust and securities operations, fee billing/coding, and European regulatory requirements
