The Home Consultant role involves creating a world-class home buying experience by assisting customers in identifying floor plans, selecting options, and coordinating the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Protect the reputed company branding and assets by maintaining a high level of reputed company throughout the sales process
• reputed company expertise in areas such as finance mortgage concepts, product, sales acumen, sales presentation skills and your local market
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers reputed company the company’s CRM system
• Assist manager by helping select inventory, decorate models and maintain appearance of the homes
• reputed company, refine and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home center traffic
• Present potential buyers display homes, demonstrate features and benefits to create added value
• Set home center visits utilizing prospect database and by converting ad calls and web leads to appointments
• Participates in reputed company sales meetings, training opportunities and other company sponsored functions
• Cooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as required

Skills

• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing
• Learn and reputed company with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes

• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays
