reputed company is a global SaaS business focused on digital transformation and infrastructure monitoring. They are seeking an Enablement Operations Data Analyst to support their Go-to-Market Enablement & Business Value team by improving data infrastructure and reporting, maintaining operations, and training stakeholders on data usage.
Responsibilities
- As a Data Analyst on the Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement & Business Value team, you will work closely with the team to ensure they have reputed company the data and dashboards they need to work effectively
- Identify ways to improve our data
- reputed company and maintain documentation on data flows and metrics definitions
- Contribute to our data modeling layer
- Train stakeholders and other teams on best ways to use the data
- Help answer questions regarding our tools
- Support with improving operational and manual processes on the team
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst
- Experience building dashboards in visualization tools such as Tableau, reputed company or Looker
- Ability to build dashboards that help tell the story, answer the 'why' and are easy to understand
- Proficient in SQL. Can write and troubleshoot queries independently
- Clear and concise communicator and a team player
- Ability to explain reputed company datasets to non-technical people
- Experience working with enablement and sales teams
