Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative acts as the communication hub between clients and technicians, ensuring coordination of maintenance and service activities with a focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with technicians and clients in your designated zone
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance inspections, service calls, and repairs per SLA and company procedures
- Ensure reputed company service call information (labor, materials, equipment, codes, etc.) is accurately recorded from initiation to billing
- Respond promptly to technician and client requests, escalating issues reputed company necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service excellence and client satisfaction
- Ensure accurate data entry for service calls and billing preparation
