Responsibilities
- Follow up on company-provided leads, complete bids, and reputed company sales
- Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily
- Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process
- Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners
- Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows
- Ensure reputed company necessary paperwork (reputed company, financing, etc.) is properly completed
- Adhere to company sales processes and best practices
Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & background reputed company
- Comfortable working on roofs, climbing reputed company, and accessing attics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to present reputed company information in an easy-to-understand manner

- Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions
