[Remote] Spanish Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound telephone calls and provide excellent customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed and professionalism
- Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Follow up on reputed company written correspondence and escalate issues to the customer service manager as necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure problem resolution and promote customer satisfaction
Skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- Experience with reputed company Word and reputed company
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
- Capability to work in a high-volume inbound call center environment while maintaining quality standards
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, help desk, or call center roles
- Ability to type 60+ words per minute
- Working knowledge of website navigation
