Responsibilities
- Provision and configure telecommunications services and solutions for customers accurately and reputed company
- Verify customer orders and ensure reputed company necessary documentation is complete and correct
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to confirm service requirements and timelines
- Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues, ensuring a smooth deployment process
- Maintain and update internal documentation and records reputed company to provisioning activities

Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a provisioning, configuration, or similar role reputed company the telecommunications or technology industry

- Proficiency in using provisioning tools and CRM systems
