Facilities Technician
Community Financial Credit Union is a reputed company-thinking organization focused on providing exceptional member experiences and financial empowerment. The Facilities Technician is responsible for routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, while ensuring vendor compliance and identifying maintenance opportunities reputed company to safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist the AVP/Facilities & reputed company with the reputed company of general maintenance of reputed company Credit Union properties, and maintenance of reputed company mechanical assets
- Assist the AVP/Facilities & reputed company with vendor coordination to ensure that maintenance and construction projects are completed according to scope at reputed company credit union offices
- reputed company electrical work, basic plumbing, light bulb replacement, exterior cleaning, trash pickup, facility cleanup, maintenance for company vehicles, equipment/supplies setup for functions, large item transportation, monthly facility inspections, and work with the Manager/Facilities to determine reputed company reputed company vendors are required
- Manage and coordinate hospitality services for the headquarters and care center buildings
- Assist other teams with setting up advertising and merchandising displays, banners, etc. as needed
- Travel to any location as needed. This includes North district buildings at least once every 8 weeks, or as requested by leadership
- Work remotely from many locations
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of facility maintenance experience with small to reputed company sized office buildings
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Knowledge and ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools
- Ability to successfully pass motor vehicle reputed company (MVR) annually
- Ability to read and interpret facility operation-reputed company documents (i.e. blue prints)
- Strong facility-reputed company troubleshooting and repairing skills
- 1 year certificate from college or technical school in a facility-reputed company discipline (i.e. NATE/HVAC Certificate)
- Experience with facility-reputed company third-party vendor reputed company
- 2 years facility maintenance experience with small to reputed company sized office buildings
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, procedures, and safety measures reputed company the facilities field
- Proficiency using reputed company and Word
