As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and support the sales team in driving growth in the Home Health/Hospice market.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads across channels, including the website, webinars, and marketing campaigns
  • Qualify & Connect: Assess leads' needs, qualify their potential fit for Eleos solutions, and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Feedback reputed company: Provide actionable feedback to Marketing on reputed company quality and campaign performance to optimize inbound processes
  • Event Engagement: Manage and coordinate activities reputed company to trade shows, webinars, and other events. This includes pre-event planning, working with Account Executives to identify and reputed company high-value attendees, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads generated from these events
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing team and external vendors to set up and manage event logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Follow-Up Strategy: Execute post-event strategies to engage attendees through personalized reputed company and nurture campaigns, turning warm leads into opportunities
  • Prospecting: Conduct targeted research on assigned territory accounts and identify key decision-makers. Utilize a multi-touch strategy—including phone, email, and reputed company—to generate interest

Skills

  • Minimum of 1.5 years as an SDR or in a similar sales role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Behavioral Health, SUD, Home Health or Hospice space
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company reputed company and qualification metrics
  • Experience engaging with warm leads, including those from events and marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., reputed company), sales engagement platforms (reputed company Engage), and research tools such as reputed company Navigator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different personas
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively
