IT Portfolio Analyst
reputed company is an insurance company committed to making a difference, and they are seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join their Small Business IT Portfolio team. In this role, you will connect strategy to execution, optimize portfolio performance, and support financial accountability and strategic alignment through various portfolio management practices.
Responsibilities
- Support alignment of portfolio initiatives with organizational strategy and business objectives, ensuring IT execution delivers measurable outcomes
- Plan and monitor portfolio budgets, manage investment funding, and provide transparent financial reporting to reputed company informed decision-making
- Facilitate adoption of agile practices across the portfolio; track and interpret key metrics (e.g., backlog health, reputed company time, throughput) to measure reputed company and value delivery
- Assist in implementing lean governance principles to prioritize work, manage risk, and optimize resource allocation for maximum business impact
- Contribute to workforce planning and analysis, ensuring the right skills and reputed company are available to support strategic initiatives
- reputed company day-to-day portfolio operations, including planning, monitoring, and coordination, to maintain delivery reputed company and operational excellence
- Support vendor contract reputed company, invoice reconciliation, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements

- Play an integral role in Agile reporting tools integration (e.g., Clarity, Rally) and maintain accurate data for portfolio insights
Skills
- 1–3 years of IT portfolio management experience
- Familiarity with software development processes, including iterative and incremental methodologies
- Proven experience managing financials and understanding IT financial management practices
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS reputed company
- Strong ability to influence and build effective partnerships across teams
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- 1 year of industry experience preferred
