Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, travel agents, and airlines. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering phone calls, chat messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner, responding to reputed company-reputed company issues and concerns.
