Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, our customer reputed company, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer requests
- Resolving routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution to ensure accurate and timely resolution
- Providing additional customer education and information as needed to enhance their experience and satisfaction
- Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
- Working in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions to provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner to ensure transparency and trust
- Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to ensure compliance and quality
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance through reputed company improvement and innovation
- Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment
- Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required
- Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
- Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation
- Excellent multitasking abilities required
- Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems and/or electronic medical records
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Hourly pay reputed company: $15.00 - $31.10 per hour
