Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate-Digital Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the acquisition and integration of reputed company product development efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and reputed company product requirements that drive business value and enhance the customer experience.
