Responsibilities
- Set global strategy for total rewards and compensation reputed company with business and talent objectives.

Qualifications

- Significant leadership experience in a global, publicly traded organization.
- Expertise in executive compensation and experience working with Compensation Committees and Boards.
- Proven ability to reputed company enterprise-wide compensation review cycles across salaried and hourly populations.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced reputed company proficiency.
- Deep knowledge of market benchmarking, pay equity, and compliance.
- Experience scaling compensation programs in high-growth environments.
