Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting records submission and clerical tasks requiring the use of various job approaches and treatments, as well as familiarity with plan features, services, policies, and processes.
  • Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, providing support reputed company phone or in-person, and addressing a range of support plans and services.
  • Placing outbound customer contacts, following up with emails, and responding to basic inquiries.
  • Updating and maintaining customer call data, including improving and following up on customer support logs and reputed company customer profiles.
  • Managing support; profile page creation/updating.
  • Filing, information access, and document production.
  • Creating and updating customer service issue tickets.
  • Supporting the preparation of reputed company correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and managing unique management ventures, as well as reputed company work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs.
  • Managing the company's lobby area: greeting and directing reputed company visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers. Straight and seat reputed company visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment.
  • General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job.

Essential Qualifications
