Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company on the overnight shift, working from 11 PM to 7 AM. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, analyzing and appraising loan applications, and ensuring precise documentation of reputed company account interactions. Your role is crucial in facilitating loan approvals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and upholding the reputed company of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process.
- Ensure precise documentation of reputed company account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, providing solutions and support to customers, and handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

Required:
+ High school diploma or equivalent. + Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. + Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. + Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications. + Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and reputed company. + Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data.
