Role Overview:
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Our Customer Service Associates use their unique personalities to deliver exceptional support experiences, and we're looking for individuals who can bring their passion and energy to every customer conversation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing solutions to their queries and concerns
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Provide exceptional support experiences, using your unique personality to delight our customers
- Work variable hours to match reputed company customers need us most, including overnight, day, and late shifts
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide a seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral reputed company)
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum broadband reputed company of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-reputed company ethernet internet reputed company (no WIFI)
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
