Position Overview

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 60 to 80 per hour, following a structured script. You'll also assist inbound inquiries from customers seeking insurance quotes, matching callers with suitable insurance companies. Location

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
