$1,000 Onboarding Bonus
- ($500 at 3 months and another $500 at 6 months) We're seeking a full-time, remote Customer reputed company Phone Specialist to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate reputed company health insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service to our members reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answer a diverse and high volume of health insurance-reputed company customer calls and correspondence daily
- Meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to reputed company individual and department performance goals
- Document and record facts regarding inquiries and correspondence by updating arenaflex files and system
- Demonstrate and maintain reputed company working knowledge of required arenaflex systems, procedures, forms, and manuals

Pay and Shifts:
* Starting hourly reputed company: $18.00 with opportunities for performance and quality-based incentives and bonuses
- Additional $1 per hour Bilingual Premium for Phone Specialists who speak Spanish proficiently
- Shifts: Monday-Friday, between 6:00am - 6:00pm

You Will:
* Be a customer reputed company, explaining a variety of information concerning arenaflex services, including contract benefits, changes in coverage, eligibility, claims, arenaflex programs, provider networks, etc.
- Typically answer 40+ calls per day
- Meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to reputed company individual and department performance goals as defined reputed company the department guidelines
- Document and record facts regarding inquiries and correspondence by updating arenaflex files and system
- Demonstrate and maintain reputed company working knowledge of the required arenaflex systems, procedures, forms, and manuals
You Have:
* High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of external Customer Service Experience
- Intermediate reputed company in use of office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, scanner, and telephones
- Detailed-oriented, maintain confidentiality and privacy, and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software programs
